Santa

Well - we are now at the time of year when all children who have been good send their letters to Santa Claus and tell him what they are hoping to get for Christmas from him. It seems that Max thinks that we should do exactly the same and you can see in the photo alongside that he took the opportunity to get in first and to whisper in Santa's ear so that I didn't know what he had asked for! Our owner sent the photo off to 'Your Cat' magazine and we hope that they might print it in their January edition which comes out on 15th December!

We have been having lots of fun and inventing new games over the last couple of weeks. Our owner bought a new printer so that she could print off our photos and the box is just great to play with. The other day I was hiding in it and Max came and sat on the lid so that I couldn't get out but I got my own back the next day by doing the same to him!

Now that we are almost grown up we got to play lots of good games and our owner gives us more freedom to explore the garden. This is good because there are lots of leaves around to play with even if the grass seems to be wet most of the time which we don't like because our feet get cold and wet. We do try to stay on the path some of the time but you can't chase the leaves on the path as well as you can on the grass so we put up with wet feet and just do a strange little dance when we come inside to shake off some of the water and any loose leaves that have come in with us!

Another of our really favourite games is to play on the bed when the bedding is being changed. It is good because we can burrow under the duvet and relax in the soft folds of the fabric.
